Beogram 8002

To keep the Beolab 8000 at the very heights of high end Hi-Fi, it was important that the latest developments were always available in the 8000 range. To this end, the launch of the new MMC 1-5 pickup series meant a redesign of the Beogram 8000 was needed. The new arm assembly to hold the delicate MMC 2 pickup also featured a re-designed sensing arm, which was now slightly wider. Another change involved the platter, which was of a new anti-static design, with special very thin rubber type inserts.
