B&O’s last music system to be housed permanently in a large piece of furniture. This system comprised a Beomaster 900 radio chassis, a Beogram 1000FV turntable complete with SP 7 pickup and preamplifier and two special loudspeakers. Text copyright © Beocentral. It was to be one of the most advanced radiograms to be offered on the market, features such as fully transistorised circuitry, a quality magnetic pickup, a large output rating and the option of an FM stereo decoder put the Beomaster 900 RG a class above what was normally offered in the radiogram format. The space next to the turntable could be used for storing records in, but it was also sized and prewired to accept a tape recorder such as Beocord 1500, which would have turned the 900 RG into a complete high quality music system.
