Beosystem 4400

The Beosystem 4400 replaced the original Beosystem 4000 as the top-of-the-range offering. The system was composed of the Beogram 4004 record deck, Beomaster 4400 receiver and a pair of Beovox M 100 loudspeakers. Despite the Beomaster 4400 being capable of ambiophonic sound, a second pair of loudspeakers for the rear channel was not suggested or included. Few cassette decks could match the quality of these components, but the Beocord 5000 was a good match and a highly recommended addition. Text copyright © Beocentral.
