Beovox 600

The smallest Beovox model of the day, the Beovox 600 contained one 6x4” SEAS woofer and a 2.25” cone tweeter, fed from a simple 1-element crossover. It was intended as a basic loudspeaker for use with the Beomaster 900M or Beogram 1500, or as a compact “monitoring” loudspeaker for the Beocord 2400. The drive units could not be inspected easily as the cloth grille was nailed in place. This loudspeaker was not considered as “Hi-Fi” according to the DIN 45 500 standard.
