MMC 20 S

MMC 20 S was the cheapest and least well specified of the MMC 20 range. It replaced the MMC 3000 and had a spherical framed diamond stylus. Unlike MMC 3000, the body of MMC 20 S was black. This was the last of the MMC 20 range to be discontinued with cartridges being available late into the 1990s. It produced a typical warm B&O sound though lacked some of the more expensive models treble clarity. With an ETM of only 0.5mg, it was a fine cartridge and sturdy with it.
