Beosystem 4000

Though the 4000 name had previously been used to describe a top-of-the-range Hi-Fi system based around the Beogram 4000 turntable, it was later applied to a compact system which was formed by adding a pair of either Beovox S 45 Uniphase or Beovox P 45 panel loudspeakers to the high quality Beocenter 4000 cassette receiver. Without the bulk of a turntable, this exceptionally compact unit could be easily and discreetly placed on shelves, and if the wall mounted loudspeakers were chosen, very little space indeed was required.
