Beovox 5700
(1971-1972) Three way loudspeaker, 60W

Description
Large and imposing at 660mm high and 360mm wide, the Beovox 5700 was the top of the Beovox range at the time it was available. Designed to replace the Beovox 5000, the 60W power rating made it suitable for use with the top amplifier models, in particular the Beomaster 4000 and the Beolab 5000. Text copyright © Beocentral. The drive unit compliment consisted of a 10” Philips woofer, a 2.25” Celestion dome midrange and a 0.75” Celestion dome tweeter, the bass unit being supplemented by a 10” passive radiator of B&O’s own design. This model was later replaced by the lightly modified Beovox 5702. Text copyright © Beocentral. Unauthorised reproduction prohibited.
